Beginner Teachings | Face-to-Face Training– Training is for Ladies only
Level 1 Reiki (Shoden) is the foundation of your Reiki journey. This face-to-face course is designed to gently introduce you to the principles, practices, and energies of Usui Reiki, supporting both personal growth and self-healing in a safe, grounded, and nurturing environment.
This training is experiential, reflective, and practical, allowing you to fully embody Reiki rather than just learn about it.
** This course is also perfect if you just simply want to learn about Reiki and carry out self treatments ***
Accreditation:
At Donna Marie Holistic Academy, this Level 1 Reiki course is fully recognised and accredited by the UK Reiki Federation and counts towards the Professional Reiki Practitioner Diploma. It follows the established Core Curriculum for Reiki and meets the National Occupational Standards, giving you a solid, trusted foundation for your Reiki journey.
The course is guided by me, Donna Kedzierski, Reiki Master Teacher, and all Reiki attunements are given in person, so you can fully experience the energy and support of the training.
You don’t need any previous experience to join, Before booking, I encourage a quick chat with me to talk about your goals and make sure the course is right for you. All you need to bring is a willingness to learn, and be ready to explore Reiki in a relaxed, supportive environment.
What the Training Will Cover:
The history and lineage of Usui Reiki
The attunements
Basic anatomy and physiology
The original Reiki Ideals
The Reiki Gokai (Five Principles)
Hatsurei Ho, Kenyoku, Gassho/Gokai, Joshin Kokkyu Ho, and Seishin Toitsu
An introduction to the auric field and chakra system
Basic Energetics
Self-healing techniques and so much more
Training is on a one to one or one to Two. If one to one a model will need to be provided.
What is Included:
Two Full days of Face to Face training and attunements. Access to an online Student resource area. A course Manual is included along with Meditation Prompt Cards and a Goody Bag.
