Be Calm – Mini Holistic Wellbeing Kit
The Be Calm Mini Holistic Wellbeing Kit has been lovingly created to support you when life feels overwhelming, busy, or emotionally heavy. It’s a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of calm, wherever you are.
Inside your kit you’ll find a 20ml Be Calm aromatherapy dropper blend and a 10ml Be Calm rollerball, both carefully handcrafted by me, an ITEC qualified aromatherapist. These blends are designed to support relaxation, ease tension, and help you feel grounded and emotionally balanced. The dropper oil is ideal for quiet self-care moments at home, while the rollerball offers calming support when you’re out and about.
Your kit also includes a rose quartz crystal, known for its soft, comforting energy, and an amethyst crystal, often associated with calm, balance, and soothing the mind. These crystals can be used during your self-care rituals, meditation, or simply kept close as gentle reminders to slow down and be kind to yourself.
Alongside the oils and crystals, you’ll receive a set of affirmation and mindfulness practice cards, offering simple, supportive tools to calm your thoughts and regulate your nervous system throughout the day. The Be Calm guide gently explains how to use your oils and crystals, and includes a nurturing Calming ritual to help you create intentional moments of peace.
To complete the experience, the kit includes a QR code giving you access to a short, guided Calming meditation, allowing you to relax, reset, and feel supported whenever you need it.
