Six Sessions ( One 90 Minute Session every Two Weeks)

We’ll work together to devise a tailored support package which may include but is not limited to gently uncovering and releasing limiting beliefs, exploring shadow and inner child work, and other techniques to cultivate new patterns of thinking and ways of being.

Twelve Sessions ( One 90 Minute Session every Two Weeks)

Over six months, we’ll dive into your core patterns and life scripts, use energy and regression techniques, and work on aligning your life with your true values and purpose.
