During a relaxed phone or Teams consultation, we’ll explore what you’re looking for, before I create a bespoke aromatherapy blend, carefully choose supportive crystals and provide personalised guidance to support your wellbeing naturally.

Your Bespoke Wellbeing Blend will be thoughtfully created to provide personalised support that is as unique as you are.

- A 20–30 minute phone or Teams consultation to explore your wellbeing needs, lifestyle and intentions.
- A handcrafted 10ml bespoke aromatherapy blend created using carefully selected essential oils chosen specifically for you.
- Three supportive crystals selected to complement your personalised blend and wellbeing goals.
- A personalised guidance sheet explaining your blend, crystal meanings and how to use them safely and effectively.
- Practical self-care suggestions to help you incorporate your blend into your everyday wellbeing routine.
- Your bespoke wellbeing package beautifully presented and posted directly to your door.
Every blend is individually created with care, intention and made by an ITEC Qualified Aromatherapist. No two blends are ever exactly the same because your wellbeing journey is uniquely yours.
