Each programme focuses on a different theme, resetting your energy, navigating menopause with more ease, and calming an overwhelmed mind, while offering simple, practical tools you can use every day. With weekly live Zoom sessions, guided mindfulness practices and accessible wellbeing techniques, these programmes create a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and feel more centred in both mind and body.

Rest & Restore- 4 week Mindfulness & Wellbeing Programme

Reset & Restore is a 4-week mindfulness and wellbeing programme designed for busy, overwhelmed and exhausted Women who need space to slow down. If you’re feeling tired, wired, stressed or struggling with sleep, this gentle programme helps you calm the mind, rebalance your energy and create simple daily habits that support rest. Through guided mindfulness, breathing practices and weekly wellbeing tools, you’ll learn how to unwind your nervous system and feel more grounded, present and restored.
