Awaken the Rose Within is a monthly space to pause, look within and explore the parts of yourself that shape how you think, feel, respond and experience life.
Each month, a new theme invites you to explore a different aspect of your inner world. Through reflection, journalling, spiritual exploration and practical practices, you’ll be encouraged to develop greater self-awareness, recognise patterns and influences, explore your shadow and ego, strengthen your connection with yourself and discover what alignment means for you.
Our exploration brings together mind, body, energy and spirit, recognising that these aspects of ourselves are interconnected and influence the way we move through everyday life.
Each Month Includes:
- A new theme for deeper self-exploration
- Monthly teaching and soul-led learning
- A themed workbook and guided reflection
- Journalling and inner-work practices
- Guided meditations, visualisations and practical exercises
- Spiritual and energy practices
- Exploration through the Akashic Record Oracle

- A 60-minute live online group session with me each month

Your monthly theme becomes an invitation to pause, explore and go deeper, with resources and practices you can return to throughout the month and revisit whenever you need them.
The live monthly gathering offers a relaxed and supportive space to explore the theme together, reflect on your own experiences, ask questions and experience guided practices with me and the group.
£33 per month – A meaningful number chosen in connection with Kuan Yin and the 33 forms through which she is said to manifest to those in need.

Payment and Cancellations – £33 Per Month
Your membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
What to expect when you cancel:
• Future Payments: Your cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
• Current Access: Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable.
• Expiry: Once your current billing period ends, you will lose access to all member resources and live group sessions.
