Traditional reflexology uses gentle pressure techniques on specific reflex points of the feet that correspond with different areas of the body, encouraging relaxation, supporting the body’s natural healing processes and promoting overall wellbeing.
My Energy Reflexology sessions go a step further by intuitively working with your energetic system, including the chakras and meridian pathways, to help identify and release energetic blockages, restore balance and encourage the free flow of energy throughout the body.
Every session is guided by what you need on the day and is enhanced with additional therapeutic elements, creating a nurturing experience that continues beyond your appointment.
After your session, you’ll receive personalised aftercare, including a bespoke relaxation recording and supportive practices to help you maintain your wellbeing between sessions
